Purpose-driven training that builds speed, confidence, and discipline while pushing athletes to grow both mentally, physically and to reach their full potential.

Beginner-Advanced Sprint Training

Vail Vipers Track Club Offers Sprint/ Speed Training to Youth 5-18. Vail Vipers have been competing in USATF Youth competitions for the past 14 years and have many youth nationally ranked sprinters. Many continued to run in college or utilized their training to excel in other collegiate sports. (Click image for more info)

Beginner-Advanced Distance 

Vail Vipers offers Distance training beginning at age 7 ranging from beginner to elite. Our nationally ranked distance team focuses on over all endurance and pacing. ​(Click image for more info)
Beginner-Advance Field Events
​Vail Vipers Participates in all Field Events from Shot Put to Long Jump beginning at age 5. Our Field Event Coaches focus on strength and muscle building as well as form and endurance. (Click image for more info)
